Scheduling OnCall Service
One call to our toll -free number 1-800-647-4782 (or 804-236-4841) and support is on the way.  When you require immediate or emergency response, a factory-trained technician is always at your service.  Coverage and response time options are as follows:
  8-to-5 Service:  8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  7x24 Service:  7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including holidays.
  4-Hour, 8-Hour or Next Day Service:  24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
OnCall Extended Service Plans
Protect your critical power investment and keep your equipment in optimum condition by purchasing an OnCall extended service plan.  OnCall offers three customizable plans to meet your equipment protection, scheduling and budgeting needs.  Regardless of which plan you choose, technical support is available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Premium Protection Plan (PPP)

Provides one annual on-site, comprehensive system inspection and functional testing.

.

All costs for technician labor, travel, living expenses and replacement parts are provided for under this plan for annual inspection visit and emergency service conditions.

.

Customers receive priority scheduling when emergency service is required and 24-hour technical support available at no additional cost.

.

Spare parts replenishment is covered for any stock parts used during an on-site call.

.

OnCall PPP provides a discount on spare parts programs.

.

The PPP plan can be customizable to meet specific requirements, including payment options.

Preventative Maintenance Program (PMA)

.

Provides one annual on-site, comprehensive system inspection and functional testing.

.

All costs for technician labor, travel and living expenses for annual inspection visit.

Customers receive priority scheduling when emergency service is required and have 24-hour technical support available at no additional cost.

. OnCall PMA provides a discount on spare parts programs and additional labor during the term of the plan.

Emergency Protection Plan (EPP)

EPP provides the same level of OnCall service provided for by the above Premium Protection Plan, excluding the annual inspection visit.

Information necessary for order placement:
a) United Power part number and quantity of parts requested
b) United Power job number
c) Ship to and invoice address
d) Contact name and phone number
e) Normal office hours:  Written purchase order required.

After hours:  Verbal guarantee of payment.  A written PO is required Next business day.  All parts shipped from Richmond, Virginia.  Primary carrier UPS.  Same day counter to counter service available.
  Receive a discount on spares when purchased as part of a kit.
